The quoting stage

Getting a quotation is the first step in any new robotic project, followed by making management decisions regarding facility requirements. Phoenix provides expertise in designing the robotic arm cells to upgrade existing systems or to install new robotic cells, thus meeting the increased production capacity demands. Our experts can also establish the project scope and provide pricing based on agreed-upon scope.

Robotic Design Stage

Once a project is approved, we will work with your project managers to perfect the design of the robotic arms. If necessary, we'll develop a Functional Design Specification (FDS) document that outlines all the details of the proposed robotic cell design - this will provide both parties with a single point of reference. Additionally, we'll support you throughout the process with regular updates to ensure that the FDS accurately represents all aspects of the project, including requested modifications.

The Robot Installation Stage

During the robot integration stage, our project manager will supervise and coordinate all aspects of the installation of the robotic arm. We will provide frequent updates on the progress of the installation and address any technical details that may require clarification.

Robotic Training

Phoenix can assist you with all your robotic training needs, whether it occurs during a project or at a later time. We offer courses ranging from basic to advanced levels of robotic training. Generally, basic training is included in the quote. However, we can organize advanced robotic training courses as per the customer's requirements.

After-Sales Robotic Support

Our support for robotic arms doesn't end once we leave the site. We will always be available to provide ongoing system integration support. If there is a problem, we can guide you through the solution to resolve the issue, which can often be done over the phone. In rare cases where a site visit is necessary, we can schedule a visit from one of our engineers.

Upgrade Your System with Our Robotic Arm Support

Once the cell or process has been up and running for a number of years, an upgrade in the system may be necessary. It is also possible that there may be a need to increase production. Therefore, because of our in-depth knowledge of the original design and installation, we provide both control system integration support and robot integration support at a competitive cost.
